YEAST Scrapstore – Glastonbury

YEAST Scrapstore is a community-based charity, which provides a safe space for people of all ages to come and be creative. We collect local business waste materials (which are safe for re-use and otherwise destined for landfill), store this treasure trove at our premises and sell the materials to our members for a fraction of what you would pay on the high street. Our members transform these items into wide range of creative, educational, sustainability and fundraising projects. We also host free and low-cost creative groups and events.

We welcome new volunteers to join us; volunteer responsibilities can include processing and organising our vast collection of materials, and helping to facilitate our groups.

When: Our opening times are Tuesday 2 – 5pm and Saturday 10am – 1pm
