HOPELineUK is a 24 hour confidential support and advice service for young people under the age of 35 who may be having thoughts of suicide or anyone concerned a young person may be having thoughts of suicide.

Whatever you’re going through, call  free any time, from any phone, on 116 123.  They are there 24 hours a day, 365 days a year. Samaritans are not just for moments of crisis, but for taking action to prevent the crisis. As well as the phone line there is also a self-help app and online support.
