The Silver Line

The Silver Line Helpline, run by Age UK, is a free 24‑hour service offering friendly conversation for people aged 55 and over who may feel lonely or isolated. It does not provide counselling, specialist mental health support, or crisis assistance, and anyone needing urgent help should contact 999 or 111.
