Online Shared Reading with Mind In Somerset

Every Tuesday 2pm-3.30pm via Zoom

This is a safe and welcoming space to meet new people; on alternating weeks, the focus of the group will be a session of shared reading and exploring how we can improve and maintain our wellbeing through self-care.

To share great stories and poems, read aloud, and have a chat about them. Everyone’s welcome, and there’s no pressure to get involved – it’s okay to come along just to listen.
