Mendip Health Walks
Mendip Health Walks are devised to help you to feel good, to have more energy, to sleep better and to manage your weight. All walks are free of charge and are led by a team of Volunteer Walk Leaders. There is no need to book onto any of the walks, you can just go along and complete a form at the start point. Walks range from beginner, gentle, moderate to advanced and are for all abilities and ages.
