Fabulous, Fun & Fit (Seated Exercise Sessions) – Coleford & Evercreech

Come and join in with our fun and fabulous seated exercise to music sessions. We meet every Monday for a light to moderate workout, followed by a well earned cuppa and chat. So double dose on your wellbeing by increasing your physical and mental fitness, socialising and making new friends. These sessions are open to anyone, any age and any fitness level.  Our sessions are also dementia friendly, providing a welcoming & relaxed social space for people living with dementia, memory loss and their carers.

Mondays 10am at Housing 21, Douglas Yates Court, Coleford BA3 5PD
Mondays 2pm at Evercreech Village Hall, Victoria Lane, Evercreech BA4 6JP

Cost: £5 per person if you pay in advance or £6 drop in. Accompanying carers £1. Anyone attending Fabulous, Fun & Fit for the first time can pay £2.50 for their first ever session.
