DeafPLUS Advice Line

AdviceLine service to those who are Deaf or hard of hearing anywhere in England to develop independence and wellbeing. You can access our service through a variety of digital platforms including WhatsApp, FaceTime, Zoom and Skype. The Information & Advice support we offer online includes: Benefits, Housing, Debt & Consumer Issues. We can support you with understanding documents written in complex English for any of the categories above.  We can also help you with form filling, dealing with mandatory reconsiderations, appeals and preparations for assessments.

Also offered as a text-based service for deaf clients who do not use BSL to ensure it is accessible for everyone.
