Carers Group – Glastonbury

Glastonbury Carers Group is a collaboration between Somerset Carers Service, West Mendip PCN and hosted by Brunel Care.  It is a free, informal gathering for people who regularly look after someone, maybe a friend, family member or loved one, in an unpaid capacity.  We meet to socialise, share stories and ideas and to talk about our experiences. Professional speakers and service providers also visit to offer support and information.

Bring the person you care for so you can both have an enjoyable afternoon as Brunel Care are offering an instructor in the adjoining room to encourage gentle memory stimulating activities such as boccia and supported conversation. This is open to anyone living with memory challenges.

When: Fourth Friday of the month 10:30am to noon
