Habits For Health – Glastonbury, Street and Wells

Improving your life is easier than you think. Whether it’s moving more, getting more sleep, or finding better balance in your life, the key is to start small.

Throughout the sessions we focus on how emotional and physical health are connected and why it’s important to take care of all aspects of both to stay healthy. We will show you how creating happier, healthier lives can be easy, and surprisingly fun!
