Wildcat Community Sauna
Wildcat Community Sauna has two saunas at different temperatures and four cold baths for guests to relax and chat to one another. Regular Sauna use paired with cold exposure, known as contrast therapy, may offer numerous health benefits, such as improved circulation and cardiovascular health, enhanced immune function, relief from muscle tension and joint pain, reduced stress and improved mental clarity.
Cost: £7 per session
Or reduced cost as follows:
– a percentage off one session depending on household income
– 1 or multiple free saunas depending on criteria
– one regular with a disability has 50% off all their saunas
– carer goes free
– set of 5 x sessions
Where: The Station, Station Approach, Frome BA11 1RE
When: Wednesday to Saturday 12-9pm (Last Session at 8pm) Sunday 10-5pm (Last Session at 4pm)
