Armed Forces Outreach Service – Frome, Key Centre

Come along for a brew and a chat with Somerset NHS Armed Forces Link Worker Sam at the Hub in the Key Centre. Open to all members of the Armed Forces community, including serving personnel, reservists, veterans and their families. Armed Forces Link Workers provide tailored advice and support, including help with mental health, homelessness, persistent pain, navigating services, and accessing funding from military charities.
