Habits for Health (previously Be Healthy, Be Happy), Frome
This six-week interactive programme is designed to help you better manage long-term conditions and improve your physical and mental health. Each week we look at different subjects such as goal setting, sleep, food, movement, emotional well-being, and social connection.
Drop-ins are led by a Health Connector on Tuesday mornings 10:30am – 12:00pm at Frome Medical Practice.
