As well as working one-to-one with people, Health Connections Mendip also runs Self Management Programmes, On Track Goal Setting Groups, Talking Cafes, Healthy Lifestyle Programme and more.

Health Connections Mendip started the first UK Talking Cafe in 2013. We have weekly Talking Cafes across Mendip. Many others are popping up across the county. If you would like to set up a Talking Cafe in your area, please contact us.

Come along to these friendly peer led groups where you can join people who are setting goals which might improve their health and wellbeing.
