Support for you
There are lots of things that can have an impact on our health and wellbeing. Many people may want support with finances, housing, employment, exercise, food, emotional wellbeing, life changes and feeling more connected. There are also lots of opportunities to improve wellbeing by feeling more connected to ourselves, others and a wider sense of meaning and purpose.
At Health Connections we try to offer many ways to get involved or get support. You may want to work directly with Health Connections and get one-to-one support or join one of our Health Connections groups. You may want to join 1,900 people who have done our Connector training. Or you could just browse our directory to find out about the amazing support, information and opportunities in our community. It is important for us that you have the support that is right for you.
If you are not sure about what support is right for you, just give your local team a call and we can chat through your options. You don’t need a referral, just contact your local team and we will be happy to help if we can. If we are not the right team for you, we can help you find the support that is right for you.
