There are lots of ways you can get support and find out about opportunities for you. The Health Connections social prescribing and health coaching team works alongside your medical practice. You could start by searching our online directory to find out about support in your area.
If you’re in Shepton Mallet, look out for our Talking Bench at the Market Place on a Friday morning, or perhaps you might like to visit one of our regular Talking Cafes in Shepton Mallet, Coleford or Evercreech?
Alternatively, many people benefit from attending our Be Healthy, Be Happy group sessions, which we run regularly in Shepton and Coleford. Our aim is to support you in making sustainable changes that matter to you.
You may prefer to see a Health Connector for a one-to-one appointment, on the phone or in person. You might even be interested in volunteering in your community and training as a Community Connector.
Have a look below or give us a call and we will be happy to help.
Or fill out a contact form HERE and we’ll get back to you within five days.
