As well as working one-to-one with people, Health Connections Mendip also runs Self Management Programmes, On Track Goal Setting Groups and Talking Cafes.

Health Connections Mendip started the first UK Talking Cafe in 2013. We have 5 weekly Talking Cafes across Mendip. Many others are popping up across the county. If you would like to set up a Talking Cafe in your area, please contact Health Connections Mendip.
