My Wellbeing Workbook

Our wellbeing is shaped by many different parts of our lives – from housing and money worries to work, relationships and physical health.

It can help to think about wellbeing as caring for your whole self – your physical, social, mental and spiritual wellbeing. These four ‘pillars’ overlap and all play a part in helping us feel balanced and connected.

You can explore this through the My Wellbeing Workbook, or dip into individual topics at your own pace whether that is on your own or with someone you trust.
